The X1 Staircase from the Architectural Elements Range by Arden
The X1 staircase by Arden is an example of a design that utilises structure for aesthetic appeal. The staircase emphasises openness and eliminates bulkiness through a clean interaction between continuous plate steel stringers with a laser cut section supporting open treads and landings. Treads appear light and thin while the stringers maintain a continuous linear impression spanning upper flight to wall or column without the need for intermediate landing supports. There are three tread designs available for the model as well as the choice between a range of custom tread assembly options. The design’s blade-like steel stringers may be supported on any wall regardless of wall covering, suitable for virtually any office interior.
