Exciting new product coming soon, EVOLUTION hardwax oil! Available in Australia: July 1st 2017!
Whittle Waxes have taken the best aspects of all hardwax oils and combined them into one!
Incredible hard and durable, spot repairable, re-coatable with no aggressive sanding, made from natural raw materials, ecofriendly and safe to use, four sheen levels available, microporous to allow the timber to breathe, water repellent, resistant against common food stains (coffee, wine, mustard etc.), deeply penetrating, high performance, natural coating . . . and feels amazing under your feet!
Interior and Exterior
Anti-Slip Protection can be applied on interior and exterior timber and stone. It works particularly well on pre-treated timber stairs.
Anti-Slip Protection guarantees a highly resistant microstructure surface finish on absorbent surfaces. The beauty of Whittle Waxes Anti-Slip is that it’s invisible, although when applied by itself it has a slightly glossy sheen level. Whittle Waxes have found that by applying it in between the two coats of hardwax oil, the sheen levels blend in nicely together.
Tested and approved: all anti- slip products for stairs must be tested by an independent advanced research and technology testing laboratory. Whittle Waxes Anti-Slip passed with flying colours. Certificates available on their website.
Raw and Natural provide timber with a freshly sanded look that lasts.
Whittle Waxes Raw Stains and Natural Stain neutralise the darkening of the following coats of Harwax oil, keeping the timber clear and as close to its natural, raw colour as possible.
Whittle Waxes Raw Stains and Natural Stain are available for Red, Dark and Light timber tones. They are easy to apply, with no overlapping or applicator marks, and the pigments are natural and colourfast.
As various timbers will take colours differently, Whittle Waxes advise you to do a sample before applying to the whole area.
Whittle Waxes Natural Stain and Light Raw Stain have similar properties, except that Natural is stronger and more intense than Light Raw stain.

Hurford Roasted is about creating a luxurious style when it comes to Australian hardwood flooring. The Hurford Roasted process transforms the natural colour of the hardwood to create a deep rich tone that penetrates through the wood.
As a high temperature thermally modifies hardwood, Hurford Roasted uses a custom designed heating program to alter the wood’s molecular structure. The benefits include locking in the colour, increasing the durability and limiting movement to a fraction of normal kiln-dried flooring. Since no chemicals are required and only water and heat are used, the Hurford Roasted process is extremely environmentally friendly.
Hurford Roasted is available in two distinctive tones Peat a natural dark earth hue and Cayenne an intimate reddish bronze palette.
