Elegance at your door: Fusion door mats, bring boring old doormats into the 21st century with a unique twist.

International Floor Coverings offer commercial quality, personalised entrance mats for corporate or home use. These mats are perfect for preventive cleaning, trapping the dirt before it spreads onto other areas. Their range of European dyed coir door mats consists of eight modern colours and can be fused together with another coir mat, to create designs from a simple name through to your own personal or corporate logo.

The Fusion Custom range of coir mats do not feature stencil-dyed letters that fade very quickly. Instead, your choice of base colour coir matting is fused together with a different colour coir lettering, again this is your choice, with eight colours to choose from. Fusion Custom offers a standard font of “HIGHTOWER” in three standard sized texts, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm high (multiple colour lettering is also available at an extra charge). International Floor Coverings offers sisal carpet for commercial and residential projects. A coarse and strong fibre, sisal is being increasingly used in composite materials for cars, furniture and construction as well as in plastics and paper products. The plant sisal fibres are obtained from Agave Sisalana, a native of Mexico. Sisal is a renewable resource par excellence and can form part of the overall solution to climate change. Measured over its life-cycle, sisal absorbs more carbon dioxide than it produces. During processing, it generates mainly organic wastes and leaf residues that can be used to generate bioenergy, produce animal feed, fertiliser and ecological housing material and, at the end of its life cycle, sisal is 100% biodegradable.

International Floor Coverings offers a wide range of 100% sisal carpets appropriate for light to medium commercial ware. These carpets feature various Panama, boucle, herringbone and Jacquard weaves and are available in the Chinese, Tuscan, Havana, Bordeaux, Mayan Jacquard and European ranges. International Floor Coverings offers their Platinum Antron range as part of their Contract floorcoverings for commercial environments. Antron Nylon 6.6 fibres offer a harder, denser and more resilient fibre structure than ordinary type 6 nylon because of their tighter molecular structure, resulting in carpets that are more resistant to matting, crushing, fuzzing, staining and burning. The patented hollow filament construction of the fibre, with precisely placed interior channels running along its length, minimise the visual effects of soiling and staining without compromising wear performance. Antron fibres are engineered to minimise soil-trapping crevices and are protected with patented DuPont™ Teflon® soil resistance technology. Antron fibres feature built-in antistatic protection to minimise shock. These carpets are ware rated for extremely heavy-duty use, such as commercial, healthcare and hospitality environments, as well as fire rated for all classes of buildings (2 – 9c) and fire isolated exits.

The Platinum Antron range includes the following carpets:

  • Uno
  • Duo
  • Nordic
  • Boucle
  • Quattro
  • Fine Line
  • Corduroy

Steppin Out is the ideal carpet tile to use for office entryways. This is due to its ability to collect up to 80% of the soil and moisture that is brought inside daily. Steppin Out’s performance is complimented with an attractive design that is easily adapted to any office interior.

Deterring from the traditional square carpet tiles, the 18×36 collection celebrates the dimensions of the rectangle. A variety of colours are available for the length-way striped pattern, a design that has the ability to make a room appear larger. Each tile utilises an EcoWorx backing, a 100% PVC free, reinforced fibreglass technology that is lightweight and easy to install.

Celebrating the Les Couleurs of architect, Le Corbusier, Anker has released their new Perlon Rips LCS collection which the Shaw Contract Group has gladly made available to the Australian market. Inspired by traditional South Korean garments, the Shaw Contract Group aims to replicate the intricate fabric appearance in the Jeogori vinyl tile collection. As a result, the company has produced a palette of eight colours to give any office an air of sophistication. Each tile is also covered with an ExoGuardTM Quartz Enhanced Urethane finish to improve its resistance to wear and tear in a commercial environment.
