As the name suggests, Aluclick is Supawood’s collection of aluminium ‘click lock’ beams that connect to a standard suspension system. This allows for an easy and quick installation process that is still visually pleasing at a lower price. The beams can be used as an external facade material or as a screen or for ceilings in internal areas. The product is moisture resistant and is available with a powder coated, anodised or wood grain finish.

TECU® is a two-sided cladding element available with or without an end base. Individual panel length can be up to 4,000mm with a standard width of approx. 500mm. The panels are assembled on site and depending on the design, there are three basic forms of installation:  

+ Tongue and groove panels: Laid vertically as level surface façade cladding

+ Tongue and groove panels: Laid horizonally as level surface façade cladding

+ Custom panels: Laid in different direction with visible or masked fastening, flush against the surface or overlapping.

System V25 (in Alcan aluminium or Rheinzink zinc) reveal panel can range from 200 to 300mm in height and up to 3000mm in length (for greater lengths please contact Craft Metals). Panel depth is 25mm and joint width varies between 1 to 30mm. The panel does not require fully support decking and can be directly connected to a secondary sub-structure and galvanized top-head sections which run perpendicular to the façade joint line.  It can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

Flat rib mesh or individual perforation offers exciting possibilities for TECU Copper, Bronze, Brass or Gold surfaces. Special designs also include multi-folded or multi profiled metal and sheet profiles. They are custom made to the architect’s specifications, manufactured in the factory, assembled and installed on site.

LT44 Light Weight Fabric for Claddings are in high market demand, thanks to the capacity for extremely flexible ceiling panels which allow easy access to maintenance zones, making it a suitable design solution for interior design and architecture. LT44 Lightweight cladding fabrics are durable and decorative, with high tensile strength and a fine mesh to create a strong, sophisticated cladding finish. Common applications include panels, partitions, awnings, shadings, and security.

LT 120 is a very lightweight, sheer, precreased fine-wire metal cloth that is ideal for decorative wall slidings and partitions. Reflectivity and transparency open up endless possibilities for creative interior design and lighting effects, with durability ensured by the extremely high tensile strength of the fabric.

LT51 Light-weight fabrics for Sun Protection provides superior externally-applied sun protection, with mechanical stability that permits the installation of large panels. LT51 New Secura metal fabrics are made from a very fine material with a special weave that adds a diagonal texture to the mesh. Common applications include wall claddings, angled framing, slotted tube, glue framing, tensioning selvedge, coffered ceilings, and security doors and windows. LT51 lightweight fabrics are strong and rigid enough to resist punching and cutting tools, and black powder coating enables use for security windows and doors.

The process of mounting and fixing iO Metal Fabrics has been divided in to six types. In Type A, edge reinforcement consists of sheet stainless steel. Here, the edges have a hook formed or are flattened, with holes punched through to take up fasteners. In Type B, double or triple folded edges contain eye-rivets, and terminating edges are tensioned with coil springs or threaded bolts. In Type C, wire fabrics are directly glued on to aluminium or steel frame. Angle or sheet steel is then used to cover the glued areas. iO Metal Fabrics’ AT60 Gold-coloured stainless steel wire mesh consists of numerous shades of copper and gold-like colours, achieved by coating the metal fabrics with ZiN (Zirconium-Nitride) or TiN (Titanium-Nitride), which work together to form a gold appearance. Both of these metals possess excellent performance properties, and also create an extremely fascinating aesthetic finish. The structure of the AT60 metal fabric itself is made from 316 grade stainless steel, which has superior corrosion resistance, so the gold-coloured coating will not be damaged or altered by rust, even if the surface is scratched.

Based on electro-chemical treatment, poly-spectral stainless steel depicts a coloured surface, without the need for any pigmented coatings. The wires are, instead, covered with a thin, transparent, chemically resistant layer of Chromium Oxide. Colour impression is determined by the thickness of this layer, along with audience’s viewing angle, Common applications include logos or signage, with variation in the perceived colour taking place due to the way that light is reflected from the surface. iO Metal Fabrics offers AT40 Polyspectral coated stainless steel mesh in seven diverse colours, on one or both sides of the metal fabric.

Exceptionally strong yet still transparent and lightweight, AT115 Multibarrette for balustrades is resistant to corrosion, non-combustible, has high stability in the weft direction, high flexibility in the warp direction, and performs well in terms of transparency and air ventilation.
