Tiling over membrane decks or concrete is made easy, fast and efficient with Outdure’s range of height adjustable deck jacks. The deck jack system enables tiles to be easily replaced and for the membrane to be easily accessed as it does not use grout or adhesives.
The process is simple, the jacks sit on the waterproof membrane or concrete and the tiles sit on the self-leveling heads. The space between the tiles and the waterproof membrane can easily be used to hide pipes and other services. This system protects the membrane from foot traffic and UV sunlight. Acoustics pads are available to minimize noise transfer levels, if required.

Ballast matting is a decoupling mat beneath rail systems. In the railway (railroad /am.) construction it is used as sub ballast matting, and in mass spring systems it is an elastic layer. These track-bed mats reduce structure-borne noise as well as vibration emissions. The service life of the ballast matting is lengthened by lower and more even stress. A special mixture of rubber granulates, microcellular rubber and polyurethane foam on a recycling basis, bonded with PU-elastomer, provides the desired effects. Cosmofin is a high-polymer, soft PVC sheet membrane system manufactured in Germany. The sheet edges are closed – without capilliaries. The membrane is 1.5 mm thick and the standard colour is light grey. Cosmofin membrane is suitable for waterproofing flat roofs, balconies, terraces, podium slabs, under tile applications, retaining walls, planter boxes etc. Cosmofin membrane is manufactured by extrusion, not by the calandar method. The Aquastop Waterstop is a flexible rubber waterstop to be used to seal joints in construction and also precast panels. The Aquastop upon installation expands on contact with water. Aquastop consists of tightly packed charged microscopic platelets. Between and within these platelets there is a separation of positive and negative charges. Water molecules are attracted to the unique clay structure of positive and negative charges and wedge themselves between the platelets causing them to separate & swell. The hydrated bentonite forms a seal preventing further migration of water. As hydrostatic pressure is increased the platelets compact forming a tighter seal. The lightweight coils are easy to install, durable, non toxic and permanently active.
An acrylic-cement based, grey, flexible, waterproofing membrane, Dampfast prevents surface water penetration. It enables a convenient installation process as it supplants the need for a reinforcement layer, can be applied easily with a damp brush or roller, and can be cured in approximately 6 hours 20°C, saving time and making it possible to tile on the same day. Dampfast is perfect for waterproofing shower recesses, laundries, terraces, balconies, concrete roofs, water tanks, cement toppings and even planter boxes. Dampfast can also be used in tanks – where conventional acrylic membranes would fail. It thus suits water tanks, fishponds and planter boxes.
The Tremproof 3300 is waterproofing membrane which consists of a cold applied sheet. This is based upon a strong, high density, cross laminated polyethylene film and a self adhering SBS bitumen compound. With a total thickness of 1.5mm this membrane is sure to provide necessary water resistance in retaining walls, plaza decks, balconies, terraces, planter boxes, roofs and tunnels while occupying a minimum of space.
