Case Study: UTS Building 10

The historic Building 10 at UTS’s Ultimo campus has served as the headquarters of Fairfax newspapers as well as the Sydney Olympics organising committee. This award-winning architectural masterpiece has recently undergone a transformation into a contemporary learning space with bright and airy classrooms. By providing ample ventilation, these teaching facilities help keep students alert and engaged.

To provide this ventilation, architects Burtenshaw Scoufis specified EuroLam NTL ISO 24 BT 50 louvre windows from Foxfire Louvres. These louvre windows can standardly open to 78 degrees, providing plenty of air. They can be manually operated or motorised and connected to a building management system.
